羅海資 Haitzu Lo創始人/CEO Founder/CEO

海擇資本創始人，近10年旅遊行業投資收購與盡責審核經驗。以“江海不擇細流”的產融合一理念，深入理解與踐行亞洲旅遊圈格局與人脈。知名買賣方FA案例包括：旅遊咖A輪融資、日商Beenos收購旅遊酒吧、韓國機構KIP/三星資本盡責審核Happyeasygo A/B輪融資等。
Founder of Haize Capital. 10-year experience in investment, M&A and due diligence in travel industry. Based on the concept of "co-work with enterprise", he deeply understood the whole industry and built significant contacts in Asia. His well-known FA cases include: Tripresso (sell side, A round), Travel98 (sell side, merged by Japanese company Beenos), and due diligence review of happyeasygo (buy side, A round invested by KIP and B Round by Samsung Capital).

2010年赴陸，先後入職攜程旅行網（上海）與陸資投行，專注旅遊全產業鏈，覆蓋上市公司與初創企業。
From 2010, he joined Ctrip (Shanghai) and Chinese investment bank later, focusing on the whole travel industry chain and covering listed companies and start-ups.

The executive director of Haize capital. 3 years of investment banking experience. She is responsible for judging the quality of financing and M&A projects, promoting the projects and deploying team manpower to ensure the completion.
