韓國知名線上旅遊公司MyRealTrip近期公告取得756億韓元(約5,700萬美元)融資，本輪融資由BRV Capital Management、Korelya Capital、Partech Partners、美國范登堡大學( Vanderbilt University)基金以及韓國的SV Investment、三星證券等投資機構共同投資，投資過Get Your Guide的Corellia Capital也首次投資韓國創業公司；此外，此前的投資方IMM Investment、Altos Ventures、Smilegate Investment等現有股東也繼續跟投。
根據MyRealTrip自結的財務數據，其於2023年Q3取得單月損益兩平，並創下全年交易額超過1兆韓元(7.5億美金)的歷史新高，2024年1月也將續創交易額新高且超過1400億韓元(1.05億美金)。MyRealTrip的創始人兼CEO李東健(Donggun Lee)在融資後的發言說明，將以本輪融資資金強化現有的SuperAPP戰略，並專注於B2B銷售與旅遊套餐等兩項創新業務。據相關統計顯示，MyRealTrip在IATA的BSP結算系統銷售中，2023年為韓國排名第六，僅次於Interpark Triple和Hana Tour；海擇資本在此前觀點也談過其於"創新版"團隊遊的布局以及在住宿領域的0佣金戰略。
不計本次融資，MyRealTrip在疫情後已籌集約2,000億韓元(約1.5億美金)。海擇資本認為，MyRealTrip本次融資加上此前公告的0佣金戰略，將影響原本韓國由Yanolja一家獨大的線上旅遊市場格局；由於與MyRealTrip同為OTP(Online Travel Platform)模式的中國旅遊公司飛豬(Fliggy)，在中國並未突破攜程、美團夾殺的市場格局，該模式能否在韓國取得最終勝利，也值得做為典範追蹤。

South Korea well-known online travel company MyRealTrip recently announced a funding of 75.6 billion won (approximately 57 million USD). This funding round was co-invested by BRV Capital Management, Korelya Capital, Partech Partners, Vanderbilt University Fund, SV Investment, Samsung Securities, and other investment institutions. Corellia Capital, which had previously invested in Get Your Guide, made its first investment in a South Korean startup. Existing shareholders including IMM Investment, Altos Ventures, and Smilegate Investment also continued their investment.
According to MyRealTrip's self-reported financial data, the company achieved breakeven in Q3 2023 and set a new annual transaction record exceeding 1 trillion won (750 million USD). In January 2024, it is projected to set another record with transactions surpassing 140 billion won (105 million USD). Following the funding round, founder and CEO Donggun Lee stated that the funds would be used to strengthen the existing SuperAPP strategy and focus on two innovative business areas: B2B sales and travel packages. MyRealTrip ranked sixth in South Korea in 2023 for IATA BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) sales, following Interpark Triple and Hana Tour. Haize Capital also discussed MyRealTrip's layout in the "innovative version" group travel and its zero-commission strategy in the accommodation sector.
Excluding this funding round, MyRealTrip has raised approximately 200 billion won (about 150 million USD) since the pandemic. HaiZe Capital believes that MyRealTrip's recent financing, combined with its previously announced zero-commission strategy, will disrupt South Korea's online travel market, which has been dominated by Yanolja. The future of this model in South Korea is worth tracking, especially considering the example of Fliggy, a Chinese Online Travel Platform (OTP), which has not broken through the market dominance of Ctrip and Meituan in China.

마이리얼트립이 국내외 투자사들을 통해 756억원(약 5,700만 달러)의 투자 유치에 성공했다. 이번 투자에는 글로벌 투자사 BRV캐피탈매니지먼트와 프랑스의 코렐리아캐피탈(Korelya Capital), 파텍 파트너스(Partech Partners), 미국 밴더빌트 대학(Vanderbilt University) 등 글로벌 투자사를 비롯해 국내 SV인베스트먼트, 삼성증권이 참여했다. 또한 IMM인베스트먼트, 알토스벤처스, 스마일게이트인베스먼트 등 기존 주주도 연속해 투자했다. 코렐리아캐피탈의 경우 겟유어가이드와 같은 여행 유니콘에 투자하고 있는 투자사로, 이번 투자는 한국에 투자하는 첫 번째 사례로 꼽힌다.
마이리얼트립의 실적에 따르면 이 회사는 2023년 3분기에 월 손익분기점(BEP)을 돌파한 데 이어 연간 1조원(7억5,000만달러) 거래 신기록을 세웠다.올 1월에는 역대 최대인 1,400억원의 거래액과 수익을 올릴 전망이다. 이번 융자 이후 이동건 창업자 겸 CEO는 "기존 슈퍼앱 전략을 강화하는 동시에 신규 사업인 패키지 서비스, B2B 영업 등에 전념할 계획이다"라고 말했다. 마이리얼트립은 항공여객판매대금 정산제도(BSP) 기준 항공권 예약 순위는 인터파크트리플과 하나투어에 이어 6위에 올랐다. 하이저 캐피털은 마이리얼트립의 "혁신적 버전인" 단체 여행 분야의 배치 전략과 숙박 분야에서의 '수수료 제로 정책'을 논의 한 바 있다.
이번 융자를 제외하고 마이리얼트립은 팬데믹 이후에만 약 2,000억원(약 1억5,000만 달러)에 달하는 자금을 조달했다. 하이저 캐피털은 마이리얼트립의 최근 자금 조달에 앞서 발표한 '수수료 제로 정책'이 야놀자가 주도해온 한국 OTA 시장을 뒤엎을 것으로 보고 있다. 중국 OTP의 Fliggy의 경우, Fliggy는 중국에서 아직 씨트립과 메이퇀의 시장 주도적 지위를 돌파하지 못했다. 따라서 이런 모델은 한국의 미래에 참고할 만하다.
