如果說日本是後疫情時代東亞的入境大國，韓國就是後疫情時代東亞的出境大國，2023年的旅遊出入境復甦數據足以做為行業的借鑑與投資參考。海擇資本總結韓國觀光公社相關數據如下：
●出境遊(韓國旅客旅外)部分
1. 2023年1月至10月，韓國旅客總出境數為1,824萬人次，較2019年同期相比恢復75.0%。
2. 累計1月至10月，韓國旅客出境目的地國家中，相較2019年復甦最高的TOP 5為：日本(107.7%)、澳洲(96.0%)、新加坡(89.8%)、越南(83.0%)、菲律賓(73.0%)。
3. 累計1月至10月，韓國旅客赴日達552.6萬人次，較2019年同期增長了7.7%，平均來看，每10個韓國人出境，至少有3人前往日本，這也排擠了其他國目的地的復甦。
4. 從近期數據看，韓國旅客出境的長線目的地國家復甦比短線目的地快，澳洲、法國等長線代表性旅遊目的地，都以超過2019年同期，可能是因為長線目的地較不受到日本(短線目的地)的影響。
●入境遊(國外旅客赴韓)部分
1. 2023年1月至10月，赴韓的外國旅客總數為880萬人次，較2019年同期相比恢復60.9%。
2. 累計1月至10月，赴韓的外國旅客總數最高的TOP 5為：日本(184.2萬人次)、中國(154.4萬人次)、美國(91.5萬人次)、新加坡(24.7萬人次)、澳洲(15.8萬人次)。
3. 累計1月至10月，赴韓的外國旅客數以日本佔比最大，總數超過180萬人次，但僅恢復至2019年同期的66.8%；總數佔比第二高的中國則僅恢復至2019年同期的30.8%。
4. 累計1月至10月，赴韓的外國旅客較2019年復甦程度最高的TOP 5為：新加坡(140.0%)、荷蘭(128.3%)、蒙古(121.6%)、波蘭(120.2%)、法國(119.5%)。
5. 西方國家及西亞/南亞國家的復甦較快，可以理解為報復性旅遊潮，累計1月至10月，共有16個國家赴韓遊客數超過2019年同期。

In the post-pandemic era, Japan has emerged as East Asia's major destination for inbound tourism, while South Korea has become the region's leading source of outbound tourists. The 2023 tourism recovery data for both entry and exit are sufficient for industry benchmarks and investment references. Here's a summary of the relevant data from the Korea Tourism Organization, compiled by Haize Capital:
● South Korean Outbound Tourism
1. From January to October 2023, the total number of outbound travelers from South Korea reached 18.24 million, recovering to 75.0% compared to the same period in 2019.
2. From January to October, the top 5 destinations for South Korean travelers, showing the highest recovery compared to 2019, were: Japan (107.7%), Australia (96.0%), Singapore (89.8%), Vietnam (83.0%), and the Philippines (73.0%).
3. Between January and October, 5.526 million South Koreans traveled to Japan, a 7.7% increase from the same period in 2019. On average, at least 3 out of every 10 South Korean outbound travelers visited Japan, overshadowing the recovery of other destinations.
4. Recent data indicates that the recovery of long-haul destinations for South Korean travelers is outpacing short-haul ones. Destinations like Australia and France, which are representative of long-haul travel, have already exceeded their 2019 figures. This may be due to the lesser impact of Japan, a short-haul destination, on these long-haul locations.
● Inbound Tourism to South Korea
1. From January to October 2023, South Korea welcomed 8.8 million foreign tourists, achieving 60.9% recovery compared to the same period in 2019.
2. The top 5 countries for inbound tourism to South Korea from January to October were: Japan (1.842 million), China (1.544 million), the United States (915,000), Singapore (247,000), and Australia (158,000).
3. Among these, tourists from Japan accounted for the largest share, exceeding 1.8 million, but only recovered to 66.8% of the 2019 figures. China, with the second highest number, recovered to just 30.8% of its 2019 level.
4. From January to October, the countries with the highest recovery in tourist numbers compared to 2019 were: Singapore (140.0%), the Netherlands (128.3%), Mongolia (121.6%), Poland(120.2%), and France(119.5%).
5. Western countries and those from West and South Asia showed a faster recovery, indicative of a pent-up demand for travel. Between January and October, 16 countries exceeded their 2019 tourist numbers to South Korea.

● 2023년 내국인 출국자 회복세
1. 2023년 1월부터 10월까지 한국인 방문객 수는 총 1,824만명으로 2019년 동기간 대비 75.0%를 회복했다.
2. 1월부터 10월까지 2019년과 비교했을 때 한국인 방문객의 상위 5대 여행목적지는 일본(107.7%), 호주(96.0%), 싱가포르(89.8%), 베트남(83.0%), 필리핀(73.0%)으로 가장 많이 회복되었다.

● 2023년 방한 외국인 회복세
1. 한국관광공사의 내외국인 출입국 통계에 따르면 올해 1월부터 10월까지 한국을 찾은 외국인은 880만50명으로 2019년 동기(1,458만9,439명) 대비 60.9% 회복한 것으로 집계됐다.
2. 1월부터 10월까지 방한 외국인 수가 가장 많은 5개국은 일본(184만2,238명), 중국(154만4,280명), 미국(91만4,626명), 싱가포르(24만6,961명), 호주(15만7,179명)였다.
3. 이 중 일본인 방문객 수가 차지하는 점유율이 180만명을 넘어 가장 컸지만 2019년의 66.8% 로 회복되는 데 그쳤다. 두 번째로 높은 중국은 2019년 수준의 30.8%를 회복하는 데 그쳤다.
4. 1월부터 10월까지 2019년과 비교해 관광객 수가 가장 빠르게 회복된 국가는 싱가포르(140.0%), 네덜란드(128.3%), 몽골(121.6%), 폴란드(120.2%), 프랑스(119.5%)였다.
