日本國家旅遊局(JNTO)此前公告了7月訪日外國遊客人數統計，創新高的趨勢維持不變的同時，入境與工作簽證的新趨勢也開始浮現。海擇資本簡述如下：

1. 7月訪日外國遊客人數為329.3萬人次，創單月歷史新高；前7月累計外國遊客人數為2,107.0萬人次，同創歷史新高。

2. 按地區劃分，本月來自中國的遊客人數取代來自南韓的遊客人數，成為赴日旅客最大的客源地，達77.7萬人次；除中國外，前五大客源地的輸送人次分別為75.8萬人次(南韓)、57.2萬人次(台灣)、27.9萬人次(香港)、25.1萬人次(美國)。

3. 日本嚴重少子化引發缺工問題，隨著移民政策放寬，也吸引著多國人群工作與居留，與疫情前相比，墨西哥與菲律賓兩個地區赴日的人群，分別較2019年增長88%與47%。

The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) recently announced July’s statistics for foreign visitors, showing a continued record-breaking trend, while new trends in entry and work visas are emerging. Haize Capital summarizes as follows:

1. In July, foreign visitor numbers reached 3.293 million, setting a new monthly record. The total for the first seven months hit 21.07 million, also a record high.

2. By region, visitors from China surpassed those from South Korea, becoming the largest source of travelers to Japan at 777,000. Other top sources were South Korea (758,000), Taiwan (572,000), Hong Kong (279,000), and the U.S. (251,000).

3. Japan's severe labor shortage due to declining birth rates, along with relaxed immigration policies, has attracted workers from various countries. Compared to pre-pandemic 2019, visitors from Mexico and the Philippines increased by 88% and 47%, respectively.
