如同我們此前的預期，對加密貨幣的徵稅與反洗錢這類監管要求，已從歐美進入亞洲。亞洲對加密貨幣產業較為積極的韓國，也正式結合了包括財政部、金融服務委員會（FSC, Financial Services Commission）、公平貿易委員會（FTC, Fair Trade Commission）、金融情報局（KoFIU, Korea Financial Intelligence Unit）等相關部會進行更嚴密的監管。
加密貨幣一旦被視為貨幣正式用以支付，它就不可能逃過金融行業應有的KYC（Know Your Customer）的要求。接下來的問題是，過往加密貨幣支持者一直以交易隱私為核心訴求之一，但這是（或應該是）加密貨幣最重要的核心優勢嗎？這點值得細究。

予想していたように、仮想通貨への課税やマネーロンダリング規制が欧米からアジアに導入された。仮想通貨に積極的な韓国では、財務省、金融委員会(FSC)、公正取引委員会（FTC）、韓国金融情報分析院(KoFIU)などの政府機関がすでに協力して、監督をより強化する方針だ。
仮想通貨が支払いに使用できる正式な通貨とみなされるようになると、金融業界が従う べきKYC (
Know Your Customer)手続きを逃れることはできなくなる。次の問題は、取引のプライバシー保護が過去に仮想通貨の支持者の主な要求の一つだったが、それが仮想通貨の最も重要なコアの利点なのかということだ。あるいは、これは、仮想通貨の利点であるはずなのか。この問題について詳細に研究する値する。

우리가 예상했던것처럼 암호화페에 대한 세금징수와 돈세탁방지 등 감독관리요구는 이미 유럽과 아메리카를 거쳐 아시아로 들어갔다. 아시아가 암호화페 산업에 대해 비교적 적극적인 한국은 재무부 · 금융위원회 (FSC · Financial Services Commission) · 공정거래위원회 (FTC · Fair Trade Commission) · 금융정보분석원 (KoFIU · Korea Financial Commission)과 공식적으로 통합되었다.암호화페에 대해 더 엄밀한 감독을 할 것이다.
암호화페가 일단 정식적으로 지불되면 금융업계에서 사용한 KYC (Know Your Customer)의 요구를 외면할 수 없다. 다음 문제는 과거의 암호화페 지지자들이 줄곧 프라이버시를 핵심적인 요구의 하나로 삼아왔다는 점이다. 이것이 (또는 반드시) 암호화페의 가장 중요한 핵심적 우세인가? 이 점은 자세히 연구할 필요가 있다.

As we had previously expected, regulatory policies such as taxation of cryptocurrencies and anti-money laundering have been applied to Asia followed Europe and the United States. South Korea, which is more posittive in Asia over the cryptocurrency industry, has also formally integrated the Finance Ministry, FSC (Financial Services Commission), FTC (Fair Trade Commission), KoFIU (Korea Financial Intelligence Unit) and other relevant ministries to carry out stricter monitoring.
Once cryptocurrency is regarded as currency for payment, there is no way to escape the demands of KYC (Know Your Customer) . The next question is that in the past, cryptocurrency supporters have always made transaction privacy one of their core demands, but is this (or should it be) the most important core advantage of cryptocurrency? It is worth studying.
