歐盟委員會近期公告了組織架構圖。
在疫情以來的一年間，互聯網巨頭更快速的滲透，也引發了歐盟對美國巨頭前所未有的憂慮，特別是在算法透明化與維持正當商業競爭這兩個層面。
不過由於此前已被歐盟判定為壟斷的Google與Apple，仍陷於長年的法律戰中無法執行罰則，如果舊案無法執行，恐怕新的組織架構也只是被當成紙老虎。

しかし、反トラスト法に違反しているとして欧州連合に提訴されたGoogleとAppleは、いまだに長年の訴訟苦戦に巻き込まれており、裁判の内容を実現することができない。過去の裁判が執行されなければ、新しい組織図は単なる張り子の虎になる恐れがある。
