海擇短評 Haize Comment：
Airbnb的財報晚於Booking一天公告，估計未來三年，這兩家公司會被賣方分析師不斷互比。我們的觀點如下：
1. Airbnb在2020Q4的Gaap虧損超過華爾街預期，但這其實不重要，它已經證明EBITDA有盈利能力了。
2. Booking Q4間夜數下降60%，Airbnb下降40%；Booking Q4收入下降65%，Airbnb下降22%；亦即Booking的ADR還在往下跑，Airbnb則往上。
3. Airbnb跟Booking都沒有給到完整的2021Q1預期，Airbnb只說明2021Q1的GMV可以比2020好，Booking則說明近7日間夜數YoY下滑50%，雖然這兩者並不完全能對比，但感受上Airbnb更好。

Bookingの決算発表の1日後、Airbnbは決算報告を行った。今後3年間、売り手のアナリストはこの2社を常に比較すると予想されている。私たちの視点は次のとおりだ。
1. Airbnbの2020年Q4のGAAP損失はウォール街の予想以上に拡大したが、これは重要ではない。AirbnbのEBITDAは利益獲得能力を既に証明していた。
2.BookingのQ4の泊数は60%減、Airbnbは40%減少した。BookingのQ4の収入は65%減少し、Airbnbは22%減少した。つまり、BookingのADRは下降しており、AirbnbのADRは上昇したのだ。
3.AirbnbもBookingも完全な2021年Q1の予想を提供しなかった。Airbnbは2021年Q1のGMVが2020年比でより良いと予想しただけだ。Bookingは直近7日の泊数が前年同期比で50%減と予想した。両者は完全に比較できるわけではないが、Airbnbの方がより良い感じさせる。

Airbnb의 재무보고는 Booking보다 하루 늦게 발표되었다. 향후 3년간, 이 두 회사는 판매자 애널리스트에 의해서 끊임 없이 비교될지도 모른다. 우리의 견해는 다음과 같다.
1. Airbnb 2020Q4의 Gaap 손실은 월가의 예상을 웃돌지만 그건 중요하지 않다. Airbnb는 이미 EBITDA가 흑자를 냈다는 사실을 입증했다.
2. Booking Q4의 룸 나이트는 60% 감소하고, Airbnb는 40% 감소하였다. Booking Q4의 수익은 65% 감소했고, Airbnb는 22% 감소했다.즉, Booking의 ADR은 아직 하강하고 있고, Airbnb는 상승하고 있다.
3. Airbnb와 Booking모두 완전한 2021Q1 예측을 제공하지 않는다. Airbnb는 2021Q1의 GMV가 2020 년보다 더 나을 수 있다고 말했을 뿐이고, Booking은 최근 7일간 룸 나이트인 YoY가 50% 감소했다고 밝혔다. 비록 이 두 가지 설이 완전히 비교할 수 없지만, Airbnb는 더 좋은 느낌을 준다.

Airbnb’s financial report was announced one day later than Booking. It seems that in the next three years, sell-side analysts would continue to compare the two companies. Our views are as follows:
1. Airbnb's Gaap loss in 2020Q4 exceeded Wall Street expectations, but this is not really important. Airbnb has already proven that EBITDA is profitable.
2. Q4 room nights of Booking dropped by 60%, that of Airbnb fell by 40%; Q4 revenue of Booking fell by 65%, that of Airbnb fell by 22%; in other words, Booking's ADR is still dropping, Airbnb is rising.
3. Neither Airbnb nor Booking has given a complete 2021Q1 forecast. Airbnb only stated that the GMV of 2021Q1 can be better than 2020. Booking stated that the room nights in the past 7 days has fallen by 50% YoY. Although the two statements are not completely comparable, it feels that Airbnb is better.
