美國的短租行業傳來好消息，看來對Airbnb與Expedia都是好事。
米国の民泊業界に朗報が届いたのは、AirbnbやExpedia両方にとっても良いことのようだ。
サードパーティのデータによると、米国での休暇先の民泊稼働率は2019年同期を上回り、ADR（客室平均単価）は2019年の2倍に近くになっている。これらのデータは民泊物件数の減少に基づいているので、実際の注文数量はおそらく直感的にはそれほど高くはないだろう。そして、これは単なる休暇先でのデータであり、商業都市での民泊稼働率は依然として新型コロナの影響を受けている。
これらのデータはすでに非常に優れているものの、Airbnbの株主たちは、目論見書に記されている｢体験サービス｣市場の開拓にもっと関心を持っているのかもしれない。
There is good news from the short-term rental industry in the United States, which seems positive for both Airbnb and Expedia.
The occupancy level for short-term rentals at destination/resort locations in the United States has been higher than that of the same period in 2019, and the ADR(Average daily rates) is close to 2 times that in 2019, according to data from third-party. These data was based on a reduction in the available supply of short-term rentals , so the real booking volume is probably not that high, and the recovery exists in destinations/resort locations only, the occupancy levels of urban city hotels are still affected by the pandemic.
Although these data showing significant recovery, Airbnb shareholders may be more concerned about the progress of local activities which promised in the prospectus.
