媒體刊載上週全球COVID-19確診病例較前一週降低17%。其實，全球確診數已從高點下降約一個月。
目前事態還是值得樂觀的，因為：
1. 相對滯後的死亡率也開始下降。
2. 雙管齊下。相信真的有疫情的群眾，比較願意接受疫苗；不相信疫情存在的群眾，應該也在感染後取得抗體。我們相信這是美國民眾近期抗體率快速上升的原因，這樣的邏輯在歐美國家應該都適用。
