CDC advances plan for resumption of U.S. passenger cruise operations

로이터통신의 보도와 로열 캐리비안 크루즈가 전화회의에서 한 설명에 따르면 우리는 미국 CDC 가 이미 최대의 선의를 표했다고 생각한다. 즉 선원과 승객이 모두 완전접종자로 분류되면 시운전을 거치지 않고 곧바로 운항할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 물론 지금은 미국 경내에서 발급한 정기선만 제한한다. 삼사분기 개항 때까지 뭍에 오를 국가는 많지 않을 것으로 짐작되지만 그래도 충분히 고무적인 것이다.

ロイターの報道と、ロイヤル・カリビアン・クルーズの電話会議での説明によると、米CDCは最大限に好意を伝えていったと思う。CDCの新たな要件によると、乗組員と乗客がワクチン接種を完了していれば、事前の試験航海を行わずに直接運航を再開できる。当然のことだが，このルールは現在、米国内を出発するクルーズ船にのみ適用されている。第3四半期の開航時には、上陸できる国も多くないだろう。それでも、これは業界を鼓舞するのに十分だ。

According to Reuters report and Royal Caribbean Cruise's explanation in it's conference call, we believe that US CDC has released the greatest goodwill, that is, the cruise ship can skip the trial and set sail as long as the crew and passengers are fully vaccinated . Of course now it is limited to cruise ships departing from U.S. ports . It is estimated that there will not be too many countries that can go ashore when restarting cruising in Q3, but it is encouraging enough.
