海擇短評 Haize Comment：
一個高度成長的國家，元氣會恢復得很快。兩個月前網路還在瘋狂傳著印度疫情，當前印度施打一劑以上疫苗的人口已達24.4%，單日確診數也從峰值300萬降低到不到19萬，單日死亡數已從峰值3萬降低到5861人（依據7/19 WHO等相關機構公告）。印度的資本市場也再度活絡，印度外賣應用Zomato(NSE: ZOMATO)於7/23上市，首日市值上升80%，交易日峰值達1兆盧比，亦即超130億美金。
印度的Zomato符合資本市場的所有"概念"，它是印度交易所的第一家互聯網新經濟“獨角獸”、是當紅的外賣平臺、有中國阿里旗下的螞蟻(Ant Group)投資、覆蓋印度超500個城市的近40萬家餐廳。
不過會上市的將不只是Zomato，電子支付工具Paytm、經濟酒店連鎖OYO Hotels和網約車平臺Ola，都在準備上市的過程中，而且這些互聯網公司都跟Zomato一樣有著類似的概念。
印度的年人均GDP僅2000美金，但在全球交易所之中，2020年印度交易所(NSE, National Stock Exchange of India)市場規模已排名全球第十，有著與實際生活現況不相襯的高地位，但我們相信這樣的偏離趨勢還會繼續，很有可能今年就超過排名第九的多倫多交易所(TSX, Toronto Stock Exchange)了。

Zomato는 자본 시장의 모든"개념"을 갖추고 있다. Zomato는 인도 거래소의 첫 번째 인터넷 신경제 '유니콘'이며, 인기가 많은 음식 배달 플랫폼이다. 알리바바 산하의 개미 그룹(Ant Group)가 투자했고, 500개 이상의 인도 도시에 있는 약 40만 개의 식당들을 덮었다.
Zomato뿐만이 아니라 전자지불도구 Paytm, 이코노미 호텔 체인 OYO Hotels, 인터넷 렌터카 플랫폼 Ola 등이 상장을 준비하고 있다. 이들 인터넷 기업들도 Zomato와 비슷한 개념을 가지고 있다.
인도의 1인당 연간 GDP는 2000달러에 불과하지만, 글로벌 거래소 중에서 2020년 인도거래소 (NSE, National Stock Exchange of India) 시장 규모는 세계 10위로 차졌다. 실제 상황과 어울리지 않는 높은 지위를 차지하고 있다. 하지만 우리는 이러한 편차 추세가 계속 이어지고 믿는다. 아마도 올해 9위인 토론토거래소(TSX, Toronto Stock Exchange)를 추월할 것이다.

ただし、上場するのはZomatoだけではない。モバイル決済プラットフォーム「Paytm」、ホテルチェーン「オヨホテル（OYO Hotels & Homes）、そしてライドシェア大手Olaは、いずれも上場準備中だ。これらのインターネット企業は、Zomatoと似たようなコンセプトを持っている。

A highly-growing country recovers quickly. The internet was spreading India's pandemic status just two months ago, now 24.4% of its population received one dose of vaccine at least, the single day infections has dropped from a peak of 3 million to less than 190,000, and the single day death toll has reduced from the peak of 30,000 to 5861 (according to the announcement at July 19 from WHO and other related agencies). Indian capital market is active again. The Indian food delivery app Zomato (NSE: ZOMATO) went public on July 23, its market value rose by 80% on the first trading day, and its peak value reached 1 trillion rupees on the trading day, which is over US$13 billion.
Zomato meets all the “concepts” of the capital market. It is the first Internet new economy “unicorn” of the Indian Exchange, and a popular delivery platform, backed by the Ant Group under Alibaba, with a coverage of nearly 400,000 restaurants in over 500 cities across India.
However, Zomato is not the only one who is keen to go public. The digital payment tool Paytm, the economic hotel chain OYO Hotels and the online car-hailing platform Ola are all in the process of preparing to go public, and these Internet companies share similar concepts with Zomato.
India’s annual per capita GDP is merely US$2,000, but among the global exchanges, in 2020 the market size of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has ranked tenth, its high position is inconsistent with real lives, however we believe that this deviation will continue, and NSE is likely to overtake the ninth-ranked Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) this year.
