日本政府明確公告了”解除緊急事態”的大部分細節。

10月1日起，日本將完全取消“緊急事態”及“準緊急事態”。這是自日本今年4月以來第一次沒有任何一個行政區屬於其中一個類別。截止日期後的30天內，將完全取消對原本19個都道府縣的新型冠狀病毒緊急狀態聲明和8個都道府縣的預防傳播優先措施；同時將放寬對餐廳營業時間、酒精飲料供應禁令等限制。

在隔離檢疫部分，完全接種疫苗的旅客赴日若在居家隔離第10天的PCR檢測呈陰性，檢疫期將縮短至10天。不過這裡所說的完全接種僅限接種過兩劑輝瑞、Moderna或AZ的旅客。

일본 정부는 '비상사태 해제'에 대한 자세한 사정을 발표했다.

10월 1일부터 일본에서 '비상사태 ' 또는 '준비상사태'가 완전히 취소될 것이다. 이것은 4월 이후 일본은 모든 행정구역이 이 범위에서 제외된 것은 처음이다. 19개 도도부현에 대한 비상사태 성명과 8개 도도부현에 대한 전파예방 우선조치는 종료일 이후 30일 이내에 완전히 취소될 것이다. 음식점 영업시간, 주류 공급금지 등 제한도 완화될 것이다.

격리검역에 대해서는 백신을 접종완료한 여행객이 일본에 여행가서 자택격리 10일째에 PCR 검사에서 음성으로 나오면 검역기간이 10일로 줄어든다. 다만 여기서 접종완료한 여행객은 화이자나 Moderna나 AZ를 2차 접종한 여행객을 말한다.

日本政府は、「緊急事態の解除」の詳細を明らかにした。

10月1日からすべての地域の「緊急事態宣言」と「準緊急事態宣言」が完全に解除される。「緊急事態宣言」と「準緊急事態宣言」のような措置が日本のどこにも出ていない状況になるのは、今年4月4日以来初めてだ。

政府は、19都道府県に発令中の緊急事態宣言と8県のまん延防止等重点措置を期限の30日で全面解除し、同時に飲食店の営業時間延長や酒類提供の解禁などの行動制限の緩和を実施する。

隔離検疫では、ワクチンを完全接種した旅行者が訪日し、自宅隔離10日目のPCR検査で陰性だった場合、隔離検疫期間を10日に短縮する。ただし、完全接種というのはファイザー、モデルナ若しくはアストラゼネカ製ワクチンのいずれかを2回接種した旅行者に限られる。

The Japan government clearly announced most details on the "removal of the emergency status ".

From October 1, Japan will completely remove "emergency status" and "quasi-emergency status". This is the first time since April this year that all administrative districts have been excluded from these two status. Within 30 days after the deadline, the original 19 prefectures’ coronavirus-related emergency declaration and 8 prefectures’ priority measures for the prevention of transmission will be completely cancelled; at the same time, restrictions such as restaurant business hours and the supply ban of alcoholic beverages will be relaxed.

In terms of quarantine, if the fully vaccinated visitors to Japan had negative PCR test on the 10th day of home quarantine, the quarantine time would be shortened to 10 days. However, the complete vaccination mentioned here is limited to travelers who have received two doses of Pfizer, Moderna or AZ.
