根據聯合國世界旅遊組織《世界旅遊晴雨錶(World Tourism Barometer)》，2021年7月約有5400萬國際旅遊遊客，相對2019年同期(1.64億)下降67%，但創下2020年4月以來新高。

在入境遊旅遊收入增速的角度來看，與2019年相比，TOP 3的國家為墨西哥(2%)、法國(-35%)、美國(-49%)。

從入境遊旅客恢復增速的角度來看，與2019年相比，TOP 3的地區為南歐(-46%)、加勒比海地區(-32%)、中美(-48%)。

有趣的是，非洲的恢復速度(-70%)與世界平均值(-67%)相當，遠優於亞洲(-94%)。

2021年7月能進行出境進行國際旅遊的國家主要是歐洲國家，單憑一洲之力就能有這麼大的影響，足堪重視。

유엔 세계관광기구의'세계 관광의 청우계(World Tourism Barometer)'에 따르면, 2021년 7월 국제 관광객 수는 약 5400만명으로 2019년 같은 기간(1억 6400만명)에 비해 67% 감소했다. 하지만 2020년 4월 이후 가장 높은 수치를 기록했다.

2019년 대비 해외 관광수입 증가율에서 상위 3위는 멕시코(2%), 프랑스(-35%), 미국(-49%) 이었다.

2019년 대비 해외 관광객 입국 증가율의 회복 측면에서 상위 3위는 남유럽(-46%), 카리브해(-32%), 중미(-48%)였다.

흥미로운 것은 아프리카의 회복속도(-70%)가 세계 평균치(-67%)와 맞먹고 아시아(-94%)보다 훨씬 낫다는 점이다.

2021년 7월에 해외여행을 할 수 있는 국가는 주로 유럽 국가들이다. 단 한 유럽주 힘만으로도 이만큼 큰 영향력을 가질 수 있다는 것은 충분히 주목할 만하다.

インバウンド観光収入の伸び率を2019年と比較してみると、トップ3の国はメキシコ(2%)、フランス(-35%)、アメリカ(-49%)となっている。

インバウンド旅客数の伸び率を2019年と比較して見ると、トップ3の地域は南ヨーロッパ(-46%)、カリブ海地域(-32%)、中央アメリカ (-48%)となっている。

興味深いことに、アフリカの回復速度(-70%)は世界平均(-67%)と同水準であり、アジア(-94%)をはるかに上回っている。

2021年7月に、海外旅行が可能な国は主にヨーロッパ諸国だ。ヨーロッパという一つの大州の力だけで、これだけの影響を及ぼすことができるのだから、注目に値する。

According to the latest edition of the UNWTO World Tourism Barometer, there were approximately 54 million international tourists in July 2021, a 67% decrease from the same period in 2019 (164 million),  but the strongest results since April 2020.

From the perspective of international tourism earning growth, compared with 2019, the top 3 countries are Mexico (2%), France (-35%), and the United States (-49%).

In terms of the recovery growth of international tourist arrivals, compared with 2019, the top 3 regions are Southern Europe (-46%), the Caribbean (-32%), and Central America (-48%).

Interestingly, the recovery rate in Africa (-70%) is comparable to the world average (-67%) and far better than Asia (-94%).

The countries that can travel abroad in July 2021 are mainly European region. Just one continent alone can make such big impact, it is worthy of attention.
