海擇短評 Haize Comment：
Google Map繼納入酒店、餐廳訂位、景區門票後，(歐洲的)鐵路與長途汽車票預訂平台Trainline也將整合進Google Map。有幾個議題特別有趣：
1. 地圖會不會成為最好的一站式OTA+生活服務平台？除了上述的產品品類，中國的高德地圖甚至還成為網約車聚合平台，未來是不是在上面點外賣也不奇怪？
2. Trainline是不是花大錢整合進Google Map？也可能不是。從Google Map在亞洲的做法來看，它是願意對酒店以外的預訂”暫時”不跟平台收費的。暫時到什麼時候？也許Google內部有個結合交易量、供應商數、SKU數的指標，都達到才開始對平台及直連的供應商收費。
3. 可持續旅遊逐漸落實在歐美的旅遊產品/服務上。火車作為交通工具再得到重視與歐洲近年興起的”Flight Shame”運動有關，我們觀點談了多次，不再細述。值得注意的是，關於減碳，歐洲除了口頭呼籲外，也開始有明確的政策出現，比如今年4月，法國政府開始禁止所有火車2.5小時覆蓋範圍內的短途國內航班，相信未來會有更多歐盟國家跟進。由於碳排放是個可以具體量化費用的議題，未來將會對不同的載客工具造成影響，遲早也會影響到亞洲。

구글 맵(Google Map)에 호텔 예약, 레스토랑 예약, 관광지 티켓 등 기능이 통합된 데 이어, 유럽의 철도 및 장거리 버스 티켓 예약 플랫폼인 Trainline도 구글 맵에 통합될 예정이다. 아래와 같이 몇가지 흥미로운 의제가 있다.
1. 구글 맵과 같은 플랫폼은 최고의 원스톱 OTA+생활 서비스 플랫폼이 될 수 있을까? 위에 언급한 제품 기능 외에도 중국의 고덕지도(高徳地图)에서 심지어 온라인 차량호출을 할 수 있다. 아마 앞으로 이런 맵 플랫폼 위에서 음식을 주문해도 이상하지 않을 것이다.
2. Trainline은 거금을 들여 구글 맵에 통합되었나? 아닐 수도 있다. 아시아 구글 맵에서 운영 책략을 볼 때, 호텔 이외의 예약은 '당분간' 플랫폼 요금을 부과하지 않을 것이다. 언제까지 '당분간 무료'인가? 아마도 구글은 거래량, 공급자 수, SKU수 등의 다양한 지표를 가지고 있으며,위의 모든 지표가 충족되어야만 플랫폼과 직접 연결된 공급자들에게 요금을 부과하기 시작한다.
3. 지속 가능한 관광은 유럽과 미국의 관광 상품 및 서비스에서 점차 구현되고 있다. 기차가 교통수단으로서 다시 주목을 받게 된 것은 최근 유럽에서 일어난 'Flight Shame'운동과 관련이 있다. 이 의제가 'Haize Capital의 관점'에서 여러 번 언급되였으니 여기서 더 이상 자세하게 논의하지 않는다. 주목할 만한 것은, 탄소 감축에 대해 유럽은 구전 호소 외에도 구체적인 정책이 나오기 시작했다는 것이다. 예를 들어 올해 4월에 프랑스 정부는 기차로 2시간 반밖에 걸리지 않는 목적지까지 국내 항공편이 중단되기 시작했다. 앞으로 더 많은 EU 국가들이 뒤따를 것으로 믿는다. 탄소 배출은 비용을 구체적으로 계량화할 수 있는 의제이기 때문에 미래의 다른 여객 운송 도구에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 조만간 아시아 지역에도 영향을 미칠 것이다.

Google Mapはホテルやレストランの予約、観光地の入場券に続き、鉄道や長距離バスの予約プラットフォームであるTrainlineもGoogle Mapに接続される。興味深いテーマがいくつかある。
1、地図は最高のワンストップOTA+生活サービスプラットフォームになるのか。以上のようなカテゴリーに加えて、中国の高徳地図は配車プラットフォームにまでなっているのだから、将来はフードデリバリーサービスが提供されても不思議ではないだろう。
2、Trainlineは大金をかけてGoogle Mapに接続していないか?違うかもしれない。Google Mapのアジア市場での手法を見ると、Googleはホテル以外の予約については「しばらく」プラットフォームに課金しないということになる。「しばらく無料」はいつまでにするのだか。Googleは取引量、サプライヤー数、SKU数を組み合わせた指標があり、それらをクリアして初めてプラットフォームやダイレクト接続のサプライヤーに課金を開始するのかもしれない。
3、持続可能な観光というこの概念は欧米の旅行制品/サービスに徐々に定着している。鉄道が交通手段として再重視されるようになったのは、ヨーロッパで近年広がる「Flight Shame」運動と関係がある。これについては、「海澤観点」の記事には何度か述べてきたので、これ以上詳しく述べない。注目すべきは、脱炭素化について、欧州も口先だけでなく、具体的な政策を打ち出し始めていることだ。たとえば今年4月、フランス政府は列車を使って2時間半未満で移動できる行き先への国内航空路線を禁止しはじめた。今後より多くのEU諸国もそれを見習いたいと信じている。脱炭素化はコストを定量化できる議題であるため、将来、様々な交通手段に影響を与え、遅かれ早かれアジアにも影響を及ぼすだろう。

Following hotel/restaurant reservations, and scenic spot ticketing, the (European) Rail and coach ticketing booking platform Trainline will also be integrated into Google Map. A few issues are particularly interesting:
1. Will Maps become the best one-stop OTA+ lifestyle platform? In addition to the above-mentioned, China's AutoNavi Map has even become an online car-hailing aggregation platform, I guess it's not surprising that we would order food delivery with it in the future?
2. Does Trainline spend a lot to integrate into Google Map? May be not. Judging from Google Map’s practices in Asia, it is willing to “temporarily” not charge the platform for bookings other than hotels, but how long does the “temporarily” last? Perhaps Google has an internal indicator that combines transaction volume, number of suppliers, and number of SKUs, and they would begin to charge the platform and directly connected suppliers only when they meet the target.
3. Sustainable travel is gradually implemented in tourism products/services in Europe and the US. The renewed attention of the train as a means of transport is related to the "Flight Shame" movement that has emerged in Europe in recent years. We have discussed many times and will not go into details. It is worth noting that Europe has introduced clear policies for carbon reduction, in addition to verbal appeals. For example, in April this year, France began to ban all short-haul domestic flights where train journey within 2.5 hours is available, more European countries are expected to follow up in the future. Since the cost of carbon emissions is an issue that can be quantified in detail, it will affect different ways of transportation in the future, and sooner or later it will affect Asia.
