據韓國觀光公社(KTO, Korea Tourism Organization)公佈的韓國旅遊統計資料, 韓國國內出境人數從7月到9月連續3個月達到10萬人以上。9月出境人數達到11.7萬人，比2020年同期成長51.8%。

雖然相比2020年很不錯，我們也查了2019年的數據，相同口徑2019同期出境人數為205.0萬人，2021年9月相對2019年同期下降94.3%。這個暑假旺季對出境遊業者只能算是試水。

我們認為，雖然韓國開放出境公民返國免隔離，但是9月前開放韓國人旅遊的以歐洲國家為主，客單價偏高。對東亞國家來說，在後疫情旅遊復甦的過程中，亞洲目的地的開放還是不可或缺的。從這個角度看，亞洲很多國家已逐步開放，明年韓國暑期出境我們初估至少有400%以上增速，而這也不過就是2019年的28%而已。

한국관광공사(KTO, Korea Tourism Organization)가 집계한 한국관광통계에 따르면, 내국인 출국자 수가 7월부터 9월까지 3개월 연속 10만명 이상을 기록했다. 9월 내국인 출국자 수는 전년동월대비 51.8% 증가한 11만6,615명이다.

2021년 9월의 수치는 전년동기 비해 상당히 개선되었다. 하지만 우리는 2019년의 데이터도 조사했다. 2019년 동기 출국자 수는 약 205만명으로, 2021년 9월은 2019년 동기에 비해 94.3% 감소했다. 이번 여름 휴가 성수기의 출국자 수는 여행사의 해외 여행 업무에 대해 말하자면 한번 시범 운행에 오른 것에 불과하다.

우리는 한국이 격리 없이 자유롭게 출국할 수 있지만 9월까지 한국인은 여행갈 수 있는 목적지는 유럽 국가 위주로 인해서 객단가가 높은 편이라고 본다. 동아시아 국가로 말하자면, 포스트 코로나 시대 관광 회복 과정에서 아시아 목적지의 개방은 필수불가결한 것이다. 이 관점에서 볼 때, 아시아 많은 국가는 이미 점차적으로 개방했다. 우리는 내년 한국의 여름방학 해외 출국은 최소 400% 이상의 성장할 것으로 추정된다. 그러나 이 수치도 2019년의 28%에 불과하다.

2019年のデータについても調べてみたところ、2021年9月のデータは、2020年に比べて大幅に改善しているものの、2019年同期の出国者数205.0万人と比べて、94.3%減少した。この夏休みのハイシーズンは海外旅行を扱う会社にとっては試しに過ぎない。

韓国人は隔離期間なしに自由に出入国できるが、9月以前に韓国人に入国を許可した国が欧州諸国を中心に、客単価が高いと判断した。東アジア諸国にとって、ポストコロナ時代における観光業の回復過程で、アジアでの目的地の開放はやはり不可欠だ。この観点から見ると、アジアの多くの国はすでに徐々に開放されており、来年の夏休みに韓国人海外旅行者数は少なくとも400%以上の成長が見込まれている。とはいえ、これは2019年の28%にすぎない。

According to Korean tourism statistics published by the KTO (Korea Tourism Organization), the number of domestic outbound tourists reached more than 100,000 for three consecutive months from July to September. That number is 117,000 in September, a 51.8% increase over the same period in 2020.

Although it seems good compared to 2020, we also checked the data for 2019 (same source), the number of outbound tourists during the same period of 2019 in Korea was 2.05 million, the number of September 2021 was 94.3% lower than September 2019. For outbound tourism industry, this summer peak season is just trial.

We believe that although South Korea allows outbound tourists to return home without quarantine, they were limited to visit European countries mainly, the unit price is relatively high. For East Asian countries, in the process of post-pandemic tourism recovery, the opening of Asian destinations is still indispensable. From this point of view, many countries in Asia have gradually opened up. Our preliminary estimate is that the performance of summer vacation next year of South Korea would grow at least 400%, that is merely 28% of 2019.
