亞洲人可能不太能想像與接受，但事實上疫情已經逐步走向尾聲。目前全球國境免隔離開放大概往三個方向走：

1. 不限(出發地)國家，全境開放：歐美基本往這個方向走，看來加拿大走得會更快，將不對Covid-19做任何特殊處理。

2. 限定國家，全境開放：亞洲韓國走的是這個方向，對完全免疫接種率已高的歐美國家基本開放免隔離。

3. 不限(出發地)國家，限定開放：亞洲泰國走得最快，現在馬來西亞、印尼也接踵其後；概念是先提高重要旅遊目的地的接種人口，再先行開放這些區域(主要是海島目的地)。

後疫情時期的目的地旅遊紅利之爭已然開啟 。

아시아인들로서는 코로나 19의 종말이 다가오고 있다고 생각하기 어렵다. 현재 전 세계적으로 격리면제 다시 국경개방하는 추세는 세가지 방향으로 발전하고 있다.

1. 국가(출발지)를 제한하지 않고 전 지역을 개방한다. 유럽과 미국은 기본적으로 이런 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 캐나다는 좀 더 빨리 움직일 것으로 보이고 코로나 19에 대해 특단의 조치를 취하지 않을 것이다.

2. 일부 국가를 제한하고 전 지역을 개방한다. 아시아에서의 한국은 이 방향을 따라 완료접종률이 높은 구미국가들에 대해 기본적으로 개방하고 격리를 면제한다.

3. 국가(출발지)에 제한을 하지 않고 일부 지역을 개방한다. 아시아에서는 태국이 가장 빨리 진행하고 있다. 지금은 말레이시아, 인도네시아가 뒤따르고 있다. 우선 중요한 관광지의 접종인구를 제고한 다음 이런 지역(주로 도서목적지)을 먼저 개방한다는 것이다.

포스트 코로나 시대에 여행목적지의  이익 대전이 이미 시작되었다.

アジア人にはあまり想像できないし、受け入れられないかもしれないが、実際には新型コロナが終息に向かっている。現在、世界各国の国境開放は、次の3つの方向に進んでいる。

1、世界各国からの旅行者に対して国境を完全開放する。欧米諸国は基本的にこの方向に進んでいる。どうやらカナダの方が早く進みそうで、Covid‐19に特別な処理をしないという。

2、一部の国からの旅行者に対して国境を完全開放する。アジアの韓国はこの方向で、すでに完全接種率の高い欧米諸国を対象に隔離規制なしで国境を開放する。

3、ただ一部の都市で、世界各国からの旅行者に対して国境を部分的に開放する。アジアではタイが最も速く、今ではマレーシア、インドネシアがそれに次ぐ。国境開放の方法は、まず人気観光地の地域住民のワクチン接種率を高めて、それから先にこれらの都市(主に島)を開放する。

ポストコロナ時代の目的地観光のボーナスをめぐる争いが始まっている。

For Asians, it's hard to imagine the fact that the pandemic has been gradually moving toward an end. Currently the trend of isolation-free reopen is conducting in 3 directions:

1. Open the whole territory with no limit of departure countries: Europe and the US are basically going in this direction. It seems that Canada would move faster and adopt no special measure over COVID-19.

2. Open the whole territory with limits of departure countries:  South Korea is the example, basically it accepts isolation-free visits from countries like Europe and the US that have high rates of full vaccination.

3. Regardless of departure place, open the country partially: Thailand moves the fastest in Asia, Malaysia and Indonesia are now following up; the concept is to raise up the inoculation population in main travel destinations first, and then open these areas (mainly island destinations).

The battle of dividends over destination tourism in the post-pandemic era has kicked off.
