海擇短評 Haize Comment：
韓國是東北亞疫情間開放最快的國家，下半年與塞班島和新加坡簽署旅遊泡泡，9月起開放了部分國家(歐美為主)入境免隔離。從HanaTour和Modetour的出境跟團遊數據也可以發現，從5月開始逐步上升。不過上升幅度相對緩慢，與2019年同期對比，最高也就回升到約5%的程度。隨著Omicron的傳播，韓國也對海外入境者恢復實施10天自我隔離，目前暫定至2月3日。可以確定未來結出Q1的數據並不會好。
韓國在2021年的復甦方式與歐美的猛爆式復甦不同，我們認為與2021年亞洲各旅遊目的地的疫苗施打率低及開放時間慢有關，而出境赴歐美客單價較高，並非每個遊客都能承擔。不過截至Q4，即便是後半段，東亞主要旅遊國家的疫苗施打率都已經到達50%，Omicron影響退潮後，我們認為復甦的型態會與2021年很不一樣，會更接近歐美的復甦方式。

한국은 동북아에서 코로나19 발생 기간에 가장 먼저 국경개방된 국가다. 2021년 하반기에는 사이판, 싱가포르와 트래블 버블을 체결하고 9월부터 일부 국가(주로 유럽, 미국 등)에 대해 격리면제 입국하가한다. 하나투어와 모두투어의 아웃바운드 및 단체여행 데이터에서도 5월 이후 점차 증가하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 다만 증가율은 상대적으로 느린 편으로 2019년 같은 기간 대비 최대 5% 안팎까지 회복한 것이다. 한국도 Omicron 확산에 따라 10일간의 해외입국자 자가격리를 다시 했으며, 현재 이 조항은 2022년 2월 3일까지 잠정 시행되고 있다. 이를 통해 2022년 1분기 실적이 호전될 가능성은 낮을 것이라고 판단할 수 있다.
2021년 한국의 경제회복은 유럽, 미국의 폭발적인 회복과는 다른데, 이는 2021년 아시아 관광지별 백신 접종률이 낮고, 국경 개방이 더딘 것과 관련이 있다. 한편은 유럽과 미국을 방문하는 해외 관광객의 단가는 상대적으로 높아 모든 관광객이 감당할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 하지만 4분기까지 현재 주요 동아시아 국가들의 백신 접종률은 50%에 육박하고 있다. Omicron의 영향력이 약해지면서 한국은 유럽과 미국처럼 폭발적인 회복이 가능하고 2021년과는 크게 다를 것으로 본다.

韓国は北東アジア諸国のなかで一番早い国境の開放となった国だ。2021年后半にサイパンやシンガポールと「トラベルバブル」協定を結ん、9月から欧米を主とする一部の国からの旅行者に隔離なしで入国を認めている。HanaTourとModetourの海外グループ旅行業務のデータを見ても、5月から徐々に増えている。ただし伸びが緩やかになっており、2019年の同期と比較すると、最大で2019年の水準の約5%まで回復している。オミクロン株の感染拡大を受け、韓国も海外からの入国者に対し、2022年2月3日までの間、10日間自己隔離を再び義務化することにした。2022年第1四半期の業績は、間違いなく良くなる可能性が低い。
韓国の2021年の景気回復は、欧米での爆発的な回復とは異なる。これは2021年のアジアの各観光地のワクチン接種率の低さと国境開放の遅さと関連があると私たちは考えている。一方、欧米への旅行は客単価が高く、すべての旅行者が負担できるわけではない。ただし、2021年第4四半期までに、東アジアおよび東南アジアの主要観光国のワクチン接種率はすでに50%に達している。オミクロン株の影響が徐々に解消される後、この地域は欧米のように爆発的に回復して、2021年とは大きく異なると考えている。

South Korea was the earliest country to reopen up during the pandemic among Northeast Asia. In the second half of the year, it reached travel bubbles with Saipan and Singapore; Since September, some countries (mainly Europe and the United States) have been allowed to visit Korea without quarantine. From the data of HanaTour and Modetour, we can see that Korea's outbound group tours has gradually and partially recovered since May. However, the recovery is relatively slow. Compared with the same period in 2019, the highest point was just return to about 5%. With the spread of Omicron, South Korea has also resumed its 10-day self-quarantine for overseas arrivals, which will tentatively implemented until February 3. It can be sure that the results of Q1 would not good in the future.
South Korea's recovery in 2021 is different from the explosive recovery in Europe and the United States. We believe that it is related to the low vaccination rate and late reopening of Asian tourist destinations in 2021; and the unit price of outbound to Europe and the United States is high, not every tourist can afford. However, as of Q4, even in the second half of Q4, the vaccination rate of major tourist countries in East Asia has reached 50%. After the impact of Omicron subsides, we believe that the speed of recovery would be very different from that in 2021, and similar to the explosive recovery in Europe and the United States.
