近期各國Omicron確診數快速攀升，不過WHO與各國CDC尚未將疫情防控的標準由“完全接種疫苗”更改為包括接種助推器(Booster)。

美國郵輪集散目的地舊金山港(Port of San Francisco)公告，1月7日起，郵輪乘客必須提供助推器注射或PCR陰性測試證明，才能在該地區下船。而後貨運/客運郵輪公司Hapag-Lloyd也發出公告，所有最後一次注射疫苗時間距登船時間超過3個月的客人(年齡超過18歲)，都必須提供助推器注射證明才能登船。該要求將於2月中旬生效。

這是海擇資本在全球觀察到第一個在Omicron傳播之際維持業務正常化的作法。我們也會觀察注射疫苗助推器是否會成為未來各國取代封鎖國門的趨勢。

미국 크루즈 터미널인 샌프란시스코 항구(Port of San Francisco)는 1월 7일부터 크루즈 승객은 추가접종이나 PCR검사 음성증명서가 없으면 이 항구에 내릴 수 없다고 발표했다. 화물운송 및 크루즈 회사 Hapag-Lloyd는 코로나19 백신접종이 3개월 이상인 승객 (연령 18세 이상) 에게는 추가접종완료 확인서를 제출해야 한다고 발표했다. 이 요구는 2월 중순에 효력을 발생한다.

最近、世界的にオミクロン株の感染者数が急速に増加しているが、WHOや各国CDCの感染予防対策は、ブースター（Booster）接種という条件をまだ織り込んでいない。

旅客クルーズターミナルであるサンフランシスコ港(米国)は、1月7日からクルーズ船の乗客はブースター接種またはPCR検査の陰性証明がない場合、この港で下船できないと発表した。後、貨物輸送・クルーズ船事業社のHapag-Lloydも、ワクチン接種完了から3カ月以上経過した乗客(18歳以上)は、ブースター接種の証明書を提示しなければ乗船できないと発表した。両社の新たな感染防止対策が2月中旬から実施される予定だ。

海擇資本の観察によると、これは、オミクロン株による感染が拡大しているなか、世界で事業活動の正常化を図る最初の措置だ。海擇資本は、ブースター接種が各国で国境封鎖措置に取って代わるかどうか引き続き注視していく。

Recently, the number of confirmed cases of Omicron has risen rapidly across the world, but the WHO and the US CDC have not changed the requirements of pandemic prevention from "fully vaccination" to including booster vaccination.

The Port of San Francisco, the U.S. cruise destination, announced that starting Jan. 7, cruise passengers must provide proof of booster or negative PCR test before disembarking in the area. Later the cargo/passenger cruise company Hapag-Lloyd also issued an announcement that all guests (over 18 years old) whose last shot was more than 3 months away from boarding must provide booster proof before boarding. The requirement will go into effect in mid-February.

This is the first practice that Haze Capital has observed globally to maintain business normalization even as Omicron spreads. We will continue to observe whether vaccine boosters would become a trend for countries to replace the blockade of borders in the future.
