海擇短評 Haize Comment：
嘉年華郵輪集團(NYSE: CCL)兩周前甫公告2022Q1財報，本周藉由集團50年創業生日為由，又更新了運營現況（當然是更新利多消息）。雖說是老王賣瓜，但新數據確實值得留意：
1. 自2022Q1(2021/12-2022/2)財報公告以來，公司說明訂位量創下歷史新高；而在截至4月3日當周(3/28-4/3)，訂位量在創下歷史新高的同時，也比此前最高紀錄成長兩位數。
2. 客單價雖然未創下歷史新高，但處於歷史高點。
3. 目前嘉年華船隊的運航率為96%，最後一艘船將於5/2啟動運營；由於還有新船下水，2022年底的總運行船隊數會超過2019。
4. 油價是郵輪產業盈利的負面因素，但這部分成本可以由依照過往油價結合歷史財報推估，公司是否能盈利不難推算。
5. 此前Booking的市值受到俄烏戰事心理因素波及與客房單價上升雙重打擊，投行都認為需求會被高度壓抑。是否2022Q1最後真是如此，值得玩味觀察。

카니발크루즈(NYSE: CCL)는 2022년 1분기 재무보고서를 2주 전에 발표했다. 이번 주 그룹 창립 50주년을 맞아 카니발이 경영현황(물론 호재)을 다시 한 번 발표했다. 자화자찬이지만 새로운 수치에는 주목할 만한 점이 있다.
1. 카니발에서 2022년 1분기(2021년 12월~2022년 2월) 재무보고서를 발표한 이래 회사는 예약량이 사상 최고치를 기록했다고 밝혔다. 3월 28일부터 4월 3일까지의 일주 동안 그 회사 예약량이 사상 최고치를 기록하는 동시에 이전의 최고 7일간 예약 기록도 두 자릿수로 경신했다.
2. 객단가가 사상 최고는 아니지만 여전히 사상 높은 수준에 있다.
3. 카니발 선단은 현재 승객 수송 능력이 96%에 달했으며, 마지막 한 척은 5월 2일 운항을 재개할 예정이다. 새로운 선박이 운항에 투입되었으므로 2022년 말까지는 운영 선단 총수가 2019년을 초과할 것이다.
4. 석유가격은 크루즈업계의 수익성면에서 부정적인 요소다. 그러나 이 부분의 비용은 과거 석유 가격과 과거 재무 보고서를 결합하여 추정할 수 있다. 따라서 이 회사가 흑자를 낼 수 있을지 예측하는 것은 어렵지 않다.
5. 앞서 부킹의 시가는 러시아·우크라이나 전쟁에 따른 심리적 요인과 객단가가 오르면서 이중 타격을 받았다. 투자은행들은 대체로 수요가 크게 억제될 것으로 보고 있다. 2022년 1분기가 마지막에 과연 그럴지 계속 지켜볼 만하다.

This week, on the grounds of the group's 50th anniversary, it updated its current operating status (positive news, of course). Although every potter praises his own pot, the new figures are indeed worth noting:
1. Since Carnival announced 2022Q1 (2021/12-2022/2) financial results, the company said that the booking volume has reached a record high; and the one-week period of March 28-April 3 was its busiest booking week in the company's history, showing a double-digit increase from the previous record 7-day booking total.
2. Although the unit price did not reach a new high, it stays at the historical high.
3. The current capacity of the Carnival fleet reaches 96%, and the final ship will return to service on May 2; due to the launch of new ships, the total operating fleet by the end of 2022 will exceed 2019.
4. Oil price is a negative factor for the profitability of the cruise industry, but this part can be estimated based on past oil prices combined with historical financial reports. It is not difficult to predict whether the company can make a profit.
5. Previously, Booking’s market value was hit by the rise in room rates and the psychological factors as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war, investment banks believed that demand would be highly suppressed. Whether this is the case in 2022Q1 is worth observing.
