近期歐美媒體報導中國已縮短上海、廣州、蘇州、寧波、廈門、青島、成都和大連等八個試點城市的海外旅客與密接者隔離時間，這則新聞一度被認為是假新聞，直到確認廈門已開始實施，不過值得注意的是，廈門似乎也是名單上唯一實施新規的城市。

根據媒體所轉述匿名知情人士的說明，這些城市正在將隔離期限從14天縮短到10天，試點將持續一個月。公寓、零售店、辦公室和其他因感染而被封鎖的地點也將在連續10天沒有陽性確診案例的前提重新開啟，比之前要求的14天縮短。

雖然各城市的步調不一難免讓人多想，但放鬆限制對旅遊與經濟復甦終歸是件好事。

중국은 상하이, 광저우, 쑤저우, 닝보, 샤먼, 칭다오, 청두, 다롄 등 8개 도시에서 해외 여객과 밀접 접촉자를 대상으로 격리 기간 단축을 시행하고 있다고 서방 언론들이 최근 보도했다. 이 기사는 한때 가짜기사로 불렸으나, 샤먼은 이미 새로운 조치를 실시한 것으로 확인됐다. 8개 도시 중 샤먼이 유일하게 새로운 조치를 시작한 점도 주목할 만하다.

익명의 소식통에 따르면 이들 도시는 격리 기간을 14일에서 10일로 단축했으며 시행 조치는 한 달에 계속될 예정이다. 감염으로 폐쇄된 아파트, 소매점, 오피스텔 등에서 10일 동안 코로나19 양성 환자가 나타나지 않으면 폐쇄가 해제된다. 이은 종전 14일보다 짧은 기간이다.

각 도시의 조치 진행 속도가 일치하지 않은 것은 사람을 곤혹스럽게 할 수 있지만 규제 완화로 관광과 경제 회복에는 반드시 도움이 될 것이다.

欧米メディアはこのほど、中国が上海、広州、蘇州、寧波、厦門、青島、成都、大連の8都市で海外からの渡航者と濃厚接触者を対象に試験的に隔離期間を短縮していると報じた。このニュースは一時偽ニュースだと思われたが、厦門でその新たな措置が始まったことが確認された。ただ注目すべきなのは、厦門は8都市の中で唯一、新たな措置を取り始めた都市でもあるようだ。

匿名の情報筋によると、これらの都市では隔離期間を14日間から10日間に短縮しており、試験的措置は1ヶ月の間、継続となっているということだ。感染発覚を理由に封鎖されたマンション、小売店舗、オフィスビルなども、10日間連続でコロナ検査で陽性者が出なければ封鎖解除が認められる。従来の14日間から短縮することになる。

各都市の足並みが揃っていないのは人々を当惑させることになるが、規制緩和はきっと観光と経済回復に役立つことはできる。

Recently, Western media reported that China has shortened the quarantine time for overseas travelers and close contacts in eight pilot cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Ningbo, Xiamen, Qingdao, Chengdu and Dalian, which was once considered fake news until it was confirmed that Xiamen has started to implement new move, however Xiamen appears to be the only city on the list to conduct the new regulations.

The cities are reducing the quarantine period from 14 days to 10 days, and the pilot will run for a month, according to an unnamed person familiar with the matter quoted by the media. Apartments, retail stores, offices and other locations locked down due to infections will also reopen after 10 consecutive days without a positive test result, which is shorter than the 14 days previously required.

While the different pace of cities is bound to make people confused, easing restrictions is ultimately good for tourism and economic recovery.
