中國官方公佈2023年1月8日起取消入境隔離措施

如同海擇資本此前預測，香港衛視的內地國境開放新聞，意味著整體防疫降級措施的一部分。根據中國外交部與國家衛健委於12月26日的公告，中國對新冠病毒的定性將於1月8日修正為與境外各國同步，旅遊邊境伊始正式開放。海擇資本仅摘錄重點說明如下：

1. 2023年1月8日起，新型冠狀病毒肺炎將更名為新型冠狀病毒感染，同時解除對其採取的甲類傳染病防控措施，未來新型冠狀病毒感染不再作為法律規定的檢疫傳染病管理。

2. 來華人員在行前48小時進行核酸檢測，結果陰性者可來華；如呈陽性，須待轉陰後再來華。

3. 1月8日起不再對入境人員實施核酸檢測，健康申報正常且海關常規檢疫正常者，可免隔離入境。

4. 若行前48小時核酸檢測報告正常，但健康申報異常或海關常規檢疫異常，若未合併嚴重疾病，仍可入境，入境後採取居家隔離或自我照護。

5. 對於中國公民的出境旅遊，將試點先行為原則推進，細節應會再行公告。

2. PCR test 48 hours before departure is required for oversea arrivals, visitors with negative result are allowed to entry, those with positive result can not entry until the result turns to negative.

3. From January 8th, the PCR test will no longer be implemented on the entry personnel. Those who have a normal health declaration and a normal customs routine quarantine can enter the country without quarantine.

4. With a negative PCR result 48 hours before departure, even the health declaration or customs routine quarantine of visitor is abnormal, if there is no serious disease combined, visitor can still enter the country. After entering the country, they can quarantine or self-care at home.

5. The outbound travel of Chinese citizens will be pushed based on the "Early and Pilot Implementation" Policy, and the details will be announced later.

Haize Capital이 이전에 예측했듯이 중국의 입국 개방에 관한 홍콩 위성 TV의 보도는 전염병 예방 및 통제 조치의 전반적인 강등의 일부를 의미한다. 중국 외교부, 국가위생건강위원회가 12월 26일 발표한 공고에 따르면 1월 8일부터 중국은 코로나19에 대한 예방통제를 조정하여 해외국가와 동시에 진행하게 된다. 관광 입국이 정식으로 개방될 것이다. Haize Capital 적록한 요점은 다음과 같다.

1.2023년 1월 8일부터 코로나19는 신형코로나비루스감염으로 명칭을 바꾸고 갑류전염병예방통제조치를 취소한다. 앞으로 신종코로나바이러스 감염은 법적으로 규정된 검역 감염병으로 관리되지 않는다.

2.해외 입국자는 출국 48시간 전에 PCR 검사를 해야 한다.검사 결과가 음성인 사람은 입국할 수 있다. 검사 결과가 양성인 사람은 검사 결과가 음성인 후에야 입국할 수 있다.

3.1월 8일부터 입국자에 대한 PCR 검사는 더 이상 실시되지 않는다. 건강신고가 정상적이고 세관의 일반검역이 정상인 인원은 격리없이 입국할 수 있다.

4.출국 전 48시간 PCR 검사 음성자, 여객 건강신고 또는 세관 일반 검역이 정상적이지 않더라도 심각한 질병이 합병되지 않으면 입국할 수 있다. 입국 후 자택 격리 또는 자가 간호가 가능하다.

5. 중국공민의 해외여행은 '시범선행'정책에 따라 추진되며 구체적인 상황은 별도로 공포한다.
