在科技投資加持下，智慧廚房的各項終端，價格終於變得較為平易近人，一台120美金的智慧微波爐跟傳統產品的價差也不大。當然，實用化也跟各相關領域業者整合更完整有關，比如語音助理(Alexa)、雲整合服務商(Kovair)、家電品牌商(三星、Alexa、HamiltonBeach、JennAir、GE)之間的整合。當這個產業的餅更大更真實後，相信進入的業者還會更多。目前看來智慧廚房的常見設備有幾種：
1. 冰箱－大多數智慧冰箱都採用觸控螢幕，主要功能是讓用戶遠端查看冰箱內部現況，上網預訂生鮮產品。由於冰箱的體積大，也常被作為智慧廚房的終端控制樞紐，連接其他智慧設備，比如開關門/空調/電視、啟動機器人吸塵器。
2. 抽油煙機－由於抽油煙機的位置多半能與人的視線平行或略高於人的視線，體積也適於安裝大螢幕，所以它是另一種常見的智慧廚房終端控制樞紐。與其他設備相比，它更容易安裝大螢幕以方便用戶在閱讀食譜時烹飪，有些設備還會加入攝影鏡頭，便於與朋友和家人視訊聊天或是分享烹飪操作。
3. 烤箱－烤箱智慧化的特點是，可以用攝影鏡頭檢測用戶的食材與想製作的食品，並直接給到烘烤時間建議，智慧空氣炸鍋也可以做到類似的功能。此外，既然都能判定烘烤時間，自然也能加入語音控制與遠端自動化操作。
4. 微波爐－微波爐的智慧化功能與烤箱類似，但與Google Alexa及Google Assistant的配合度更高。常用的功能涵蓋解凍、烹飪時間控制、兒童鎖。
5. 其他－咖啡機與洗碗機也是較常見的廚房智能設備。大體來說，設備的大小與人體操作角度會決定它適於承載哪些功能。現在廚房"智慧深度"以語音操作及雲服務為主，AI與深度學習在廚房尚未實用化，也許未來類似Tesla的人形機器人Optimus實用化後，還能更深入的用算法來"猜你喜歡"，那人們的體驗就更豐富了。

With the support of technology investment, the prices of smart kitchen appliances have finally become more approachable. The price gap between a $120 smart microwave oven and traditional products is not big. Of course, the practicality is also related to the more complete integration of industry players in related fields, such as the integration of voice assistants (Alexa), cloud service(Kovair), and home appliance brands (Samsung, Alexa, Hamilton Beach, JennAir, GE). When the market of this industry becomes bigger and more real, we believe that more industry players will enter. At present, it seems that there are several common equipment in the smart kitchen:
1. Refrigerators - Most smart refrigerators adopt touch screens, the main function of which is to allow users to remotely check inside refrigerator and shopping online. Due to the large size of refrigerator, it is often used as the terminal control hub of the smart kitchen to connect other smart devices, such as locking the door, turning on the air conditioner/TV, or starting a robot vacuum.
2. Cooker hood - Since the range hood is mostly positioned parallel to or slightly above people's line of sight, and its size is also suitable for installing a large screen, it is another common smart kitchen terminal control hub. Compared with other devices, it is easier to install a large screen to facilitate users to cook while reading recipes, and some devices have built-in cameras allow for video chats and live remote cooking sessions with friends and family.
3. Oven - The feature of the smart oven is that it can use the camera lens to detect user's ingredients and the food people want to make, and directly give suggestions on the baking time, the smart air fryer can also achieve a similar function. In addition, since the device can determine baking time, voice control and remote automation can naturally be added.
4. Microwave oven - This appliance has similar smart functions to ovens, but can be more compatible with Google Alexa and Google Assistant. Commonly used functions include defrosting, cooking time control, child lock.
5. Others - Coffee machines and dishwashers are also common smart kitchen appliances. Generally speaking, the appliance size and the human body operating angle will determine which functions it is suitable for carrying. Now the "smart depth" of the kitchen is mainly based on voice operation and cloud services, AI and deep learning have not yet been practical in the kitchen. Maybe in the future, after Optimus, a humanoid robot similar to Tesla, is practical, it can use algorithms to "guess what you like" more deeply, people will have richer experience.

과학 기술 투입의 지원 하에 스마트 주방 전기 제품의 가격이 마침내 더욱 착하게 변했다. 120달러짜리 스마트 전자레인지와 전통 제품의 가격 차이는 크지 않다. 물론 실용성은 음성 보조(Alexa), 클라우드 서비스(Kovair), 가전 브랜드(삼성, Alexa, HamiltonBeach, JennAir, GE)의 통합과 같은 관련 분야의 업계 참여자들의 보다 포괄적인 통합과도 관련이 있다. 이 업계의 시장이 더 크고 더 사실적으로 변할 때, 우리는 더 많은 업계 참여자들이 진입할 것이라고 믿는다. 현재 스마트 주방에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 설비는 다음과 같은 몇 가지가 있다.
1. 냉장고 -대다수 스마트 냉장고는 터치스크린을 사용하는데, 주요 기능은 사용자가 원격으로 냉장고 내부 현황을 볼 수 있고, 온라인으로 생선 제품을 구매할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 냉장고의 부피가 비교적 크기 때문에 스마트 주방의 단말기 제어 허브로 자주 사용된다. 도어, 에어컨, 텔레비전의 스위치를 제어하는 등 기타 스마트 설비를 연결한다. 또는 로봇, 청소기 작동 등을 제어한다.
2. 주방 환풍기 -환풍기의 위치는 대부분 사람의 시선과 평행하거나 사람의 시선보다 약간 높기 때문에, 그 크기도 대형 스크린을 설치하기에 적합하다. 또 다른 흔히 볼 수 있는 스마트 주방 단말기 제어 허브다. 다른 장치에 비해 대형 스크린을 설치하기 쉬워 사용자가 식단을 읽으면서 음식을 조리할 수 있다. 일부 장치에는 카메라가 내장되어 있어 사용자가 친구와 가족과 화상 채팅을 하고 원격으로 요리 방법을 공유할 수 있다.
3. 오븐 -스마트 오븐은 카메라 렌즈를 통해 사용자의 식재료와 사람들이 만들고 싶은 음식을 감지하고 직접 베이킹 시간을 제안할 수 있는 것이 특징이다. 스마트 에어프라이어도 비슷한 기능을 할 수 있다. 또한 이 장치는 굽는 시간을 결정할 수 있기 때문에 당연히 음성 제어와 원격 자동화도 추가할 수 있다.
4. 전자레인지 -이 전기 제품의 스마트 기능은 오븐과 비슷하지만 Google Alexa 및 Google Assistant와 더 호환된다. 자주 사용하는 기능은 해동, 요리 시간 제어, 어린이 자물쇠를 포함한다.
5. 기타 -커피머신과 식기세척기도 흔히 볼 수 있는 스마트 주방 전기다. 일반적으로 기구의 크기와 인체조작각도는 그것이 어떤 기능을 배치하기에 적합한가를 결정한다. 현재 주방의 '스마트 심도'는 주로 음성 조작과 클라우드 서비스를 위주로 하고 있으며, AI와 딥러닝은 아직 주방에서 실용화되지 않았다. 아마도 앞으로 Tesla와 비슷한 휴머노이드 로봇 Optimus가 실용화되면 알고리즘으로 더 깊이 있게 '당신이 좋아하는 것'을 추측하여 사용자 경험을 풍부하게 할 수 있을 것이다.
