海擇短評 Haize Comment：
隨著韓國11月正式開放國境，出入境政策恢復免隔離，韓國旅行社的交易額與出行人次也快速成長，各相關公司也公告了YoY十倍速增長的佳績，比如HanaTour(KRX: 039130)公告11月總出行人數增長11.4倍，12月增長21.5倍。但是實際現況有些落差，我們通過歷史數據簡單爬梳：
1. 目前韓國統計部門出入境總人數公告到2022年11月，該月出境人數超過100萬人次(104.1萬)，YoY增長604%，與2019年同期相比，恢復了50%。
2. HanaTour在2022年11月輸送的總出行數（國際機票航段數+跟團遊人次）為98,821人次，跟團遊人次未公告，但如果用Mode Tour已公告的跟團遊同期佔比為64.2%推估，約為63,443人次（事實上這個數據可能會高估，因為疫情前HanaTour同時也是韓國最大的國際機票開票票台）。
3. HanaTour在2019年11月同期所輸送的總出行數為417,122人次，其中跟團遊人次為243,992人次。
4. 按此推估，若行業恢復速度與統計部門公告的總出境人次一致，均為2019年的50%推斷，HanaTour總量僅恢復約24%，跟團遊恢復約26%，約為行業的一半。
5. 那麼其他的量被誰拿走了呢？我們推斷有可能是Yanolja、My Real Trip這類的在線旅行社。

As South Korea officially opened its borders and returned to quarantine-free in November, Korean travel agencies' sales and number of trips have also grown rapidly, with various related companies announcing tenfold growth YoY. For example, HanaTour (KRX: 039130) announced that the total number of travelers increased by 11.4 times in November and 21.5 times in December. However, the actual situation is somewhat different. We simply sort out the historical data:
1. At present, the South Korean statistics department announced that by November 2022, the total outbound visitors has exceed 1 million (1.041 million), an increase of 604% YoY, and has recovered to 50% of the level of same period 2019.
2. The total number of trips delivered by HanaTour in November 2022 (number of international air ticket segments + number of group tours) is 98,821; the company didn't announce the volume of group tours, considering Mode Tour's group tour proportion of 64.2%, we estimate that figure is about 63,443 visitors(in fact, this figure may be overestimated, since HanaTour was the largest international flight ticketing agency in South Korea before the pandemic).
3. The total number of trips delivered by HanaTour in the same period of November 2019 was 417,122, of which 243,992 were group tours.
4. Based on above, if the industry recovery pace is consistent with the total number of outbound tourists announced by the statistics department, which is 50% of that in 2019, then the total volume of HanaTour only recovered about 24%, and it's group tours recovered about 26%, which is about 50% of the industry average level.
5. Then who grabbed the remaining volume? We deduce that it may be online travel agencies such as Yanolja and My Real Trip.

한국이 11월 국경을 공식 개방하고 무격리를 재개하면서 한국 여행사의 매출액과 해외여행객 수도 급성장해 관련 기업들은 전년동기대비 10배 증가했다고 발표했다. 예를 들어, 하나투어(KRX: 039130)는 11월과 12월 해외여행객 수가 각각 11.4배, 21.5배 증가했다고 밝혔다. 그러나 실제 상황은 다르다. 우리는 간단하게 역사 데이터를 정리했다.
1. 한국 각 여행사 제공한 통계 테이터에 따르면 2022년 11월까지 한국 전체 송출객수는 이미 100만명(104만1,000명)을 넘었고, 전년동기대비 604%로 증가하여 2019년 동기 수준의 50%를 회복했다.
2. 하나투어가 2022년 11월에 총 여행객 수(국제 항공권 구간 수+패키지 여행객 수)은 9만8,821명이다. 이 회사는 패키지 여행객 수를 발표하지 않았다. 모두투어의 패키지 관광 비율이 64.2%인 것을 고려할 때 우리는 이 숫자를 약 6만3,443명으로 추정했다(사실 이 숫자는 과대평가되었을 것이다. 왜냐하면 하나투어는 코로나 이전 한국에서 가장 큰 국제 항공권 예약 플랫폼이었기 때문이다).
3. 2019년 11월 동기대비 하나투어가 제공한 송출객수는 총 41만7,122명인데 그 중에서 패키지 여행객 수는 24만3,992명이다.
4. 요약하자면 만약 관광업 회복 속도가 통계 부서가 발표한 2019년 해외여행객 총 인원의 50%와 일치한다면, 하나투어의 총량은 24% 정도밖에 회복되지 않을 것이다. 그 중 패키지 여행은 26% 정도를 회복했다. 이는 관광업 평균의 약 50%이다.
5. 그럼 누가 남은 체량을 가져갔는가? 야놀자와 마이리얼트립 같은 온라인 여행사일 것으로 추정한다.
