海擇短評 Haize Comment：
根據牛津大學Our world in Data的數據，截至2021Q1結束，目前全球來看，疫苗接種率（每百人一劑）最高的是中東國家，有以色列（No.1）、阿拉伯聯合大公國（No.2）、巴林（No.5）、卡塔爾（No.9）；其次是歐洲國家，有英國（No.4）、塞爾維亞（No.7）、匈牙利（No.8）；再次是美洲國家，有智利（No.3）與美國（No.6）；另有一個北非國家摩洛哥（No.10）。
我們認為總結當前數據有兩點值得觀察：
1. TOP 10的中位數已經達45%的接種率，速度很快。
2. 亞洲國家的進展很慢，即便是亞洲接種率前三高的中國（No.19）、印度（No.22）、印尼（No.23），接種率也分別只有8.3%、4.7%、4.3%。
如果群體免疫或是完全接種意味著出發地客源得以恢復動能，那麼亞洲國家客源的國際旅遊，還有很長的一段路要走。

옥스퍼드 대학교 Our world in Data의 데이터에 따르면 2021Q1 종료까지 세계적으로 볼 때 백신 접종률(백명당 1제)이 가장 높은 곳은 중동 국가이며 이스라엘(No.1), 아랍에미리트(No.2), 바레인(No.5), 카타르(No.9). 다음은 유럽 국가로 영국(No.4), 세르비아(No.7), 헝가리(No.8)가 있다. 그리고 아메리카국으로 칠레(No.3)과 미국 (No.6)이 있고 북아프리카 국가 모로코(No.10)가 있다.
우리는 현재의 데이터를 종합할 때 두 가지 주목할 점이 있다고 생각한다.
1. 상위 10명의 중위수는 이미 45%의 접종률을 기록할 정도로 빠른 속도다.
2. 아시아 국가들의 백신 접종 진전은 매우 미진해 아시아 접종률이 가장 높은 상위 3개국에서도 중국(No.19), 인도(No.22), 인도네시아(No.23) 접종률은 각각 8.3%, 4.7%, 4.3%에 불과하다.
집단면역이나 완전 백신 접종이 출발지의 회복을 의미한다면 아시아 국가들의 국제관광산업은 아직 갈 길이 멀다.

As of the end of 2021 Q1, the countries with the highest vaccination rate (a single dose administered per 100 people) are currently in the Middle East, including Israel (No. 1) and the United Arab Emirates (No. 2) , Bahrain (No.5), Qatar (No.9); followed by European countries, including the United Kingdom (No.4), Serbia (No.7), and Hungary (No.8); the next are the American countries, including Chile ( No.3) and the United States (No.6); there is one North African country, Morocco (No.10), according to the figures from Oxford University "Our world in Data".
We think that summing up the current figures has two points worth observing:
1. The median of TOP 10 has reached 45% of vaccination rate, which is very fast.
2. The vaccination progress in Asian countries is very slow. Even China (No. 19), India (No. 22), and Indonesia (No. 23), which are the top three countries with highest vaccination rates in Asia, have vaccination rates of only 8.3%, 4.7%, 4.3%.
If herd immunity or fully vaccination means that the source of departure would be recovered, then there is still a long way to go for international tourism in Asian countries.
