富翁Musk收購後的Twitter也需要對外融資嗎？跟據Reuters的報導，答案是"Yes"。

更值得注意的是，Musk要帶給投資人的Twitter完整型態是什麼樣貌？現在看來有幾個要素：

1. 它將會是如同微信一般，包括支付錢包與多個功能入口的Super APP，這點沒有改變。

2. 它會帶有類似Tiktok、Youtube Shorts的內容創作視頻元素，但還不清楚內容創作者與廣告主的關係會更偏向Youtube的分成模式還是抖音的星圖模式。

3. 基於提供支付類的金融服務，Twitter正在美國50個州申請貨幣傳輸許可證(money transmitter licenses)；而根據金融科技業的研究報告與實證經驗，一般取得執照會需要兩年左右的時間。所以新版Twitter的完整面世，可能需要一段不短的時間。

那麼，即便近期Twitter在媒體報導中是個面臨數月混亂、數千名員工被解僱、廣告商抱怨頻仍的媒體公司，而且所有它宣稱說要做到的新要素，現在的Twitter半點雛形也沒有，完整版的Twitter還需要很久，它還能融得到錢嗎？我們認為，答案當然也是"Yes"，因為它是Musk的公司，別的創業者沒什麼好抱怨的。

More notably, what is the complete picture of Twitter that Musk intends to present to investors? There seem to be several elements at present:

1. It will be a Super APP, similar to WeChat, that developed payment and multiple functions. This point hasn't changed.

2. It will incorporate content video elements similar to TikTok and Youtube Shorts, but it's still unclear whether the scenario between content creators and advertisers will lean more towards YouTube's revenue-sharing or Douyin's star map pattern.

3. In terms of payment-related financial services, Twitter is applying for money transmitter licenses in 50 states of America. According to research reports and experience in the fintech industry, it usually takes about two years to obtain the licenses. Therefore, it might take long before the new version of Twitter is fully launched.

So, even with recent media reports of Twitter facing several months of turmoil, thousands of employees being laid off, and frequent complaints from advertisers, and the fact that all the new elements it claims to incorporate are nowhere to be seen in the current version of Twitter, with a complete version of Twitter still a long way off, can it still raise money? We believe the answer is undoubtedly "Yes", because it is Musk's company.

부자 머스크가 인수한 트위터도 외부 융자가 필요한가? 로이터통신에 따르면 답은 긍정적이다.

더욱 주목할 만한 것은 머스크가 투자자들에게 트위터의 전모가 무엇인지를 보여주려 한다는 것이다. 현재 몇 가지 요소가 있는 것 같다.

1. 중국의 위챗과 같이 디지털 결제와 다른 서비스들을 포함하는 '슈퍼 앱'을 만들 것이다. 이 점은 변하지 않았다.

2. 틱톡(TikTok) 및 유튜브 쇼츠(Youtube Shorts)와 유사한 콘텐츠 비디오 요소를 통합한다. 그러나 콘텐츠 창작자와 광고주 간의 협력 모델이 유튜브의 수익 배분 모델에 더 치우친 것인지, 틱톡의 별그림 모델인지는 아직 알 수 없다.

3. 지불과 관련된 금융 서비스의 경우 트위터는 미국 전체 50개 주에서 송금업자 라이선스(money transmitter licenses)을 신청하고 있다. 연구 보고서와 핀테크 업계의 실증 경험에 따르면 라이선스 취득에는 보통 2년 정도가 걸린다. 따라서 새 버전의 트위터가 전면 출시되기까지는 시간이 오래 걸릴 것으로 보인다. 

최근 언론이 트위터가 몇 달 동안 혼란스러운 상태라고 보도해도 수천 명의 직원이 해고되고 광고주들이 빈번하게 불평하고 있다고 주장하며 포함시킨 모든 새로운 요소는 현재 초기 형태조차 없다. 전체 버전의 트위터는 아직 갈 길이 멀다. 따라서 자금을 모을 수 있을까? 우리는 답이 의심할 여지 없이 긍정적이라고 믿는다. 왜냐하면 이것은 머스크의 회사이기 때문이다.
