疫情為人類帶來極大的痛苦，但至少還有一個好事：國際能源署（IEA, International Energy Agency）數據顯示，各國為抑制疫情而採取鎖定措施，在2020年期間讓碳排放量下降了7％，為歷史最大降幅。
不過，相同口徑的新數據也顯示，2020年12月全球排放已比2019年同月高出2％。
從這個角度看，生活已經很快速地恢復常軌了。

新型コロナは人類に対して多大の苦痛を与えましたが、少なくともひとついいことがあった。国際エネルギー機関(IEA , International Energy Agency)のデータによると、新型コロナによる各国の閉鎖措置によるもので、2020年のCO2排出量が「過去最大」の7%減となった。
しかし、同じ口径の最新データは、2020年12月の世界中でのCO2排出量が2019年同月比で2%増加していることを示している。
そういう意味では、生活は速く正常軌道に戻っていった。

코로나19는 인류에게 큰 고통을 안겼는데 적어도 한 가지 좋은 일이 있다. 국제 에너지 기구(IEA, International Energy Agency)의 데이터에 따르면 각국은 팬데믹을 제어하기 위해 봉쇄 조치를 취하여 2020년 사이 이산화탄소 배출량이 7% 감소해 사상 최대 하락폭을 기록했다.
그러나 같은 출처에서 나온 새로운 데이터에 따르면 2020년 12월 전 세계 배출량은 2019년 같은 기간보다 2% 늘어났다.
이 각도에서 볼 때 생활은 급속도로 정상으로 돌아가고 있었다.

The pandemic has caused severe suffering to mankind, but there is at least one good thing: data from the IEA( International Energy Agency) showed that countries have adopted lockdown measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus caused a 7% drop in CO2 emissions over the course of 2020 -- the biggest drop ever recorded.
However new data from the same source shows global energy-related emissions were actually 2% higher in December 2020 than they were in the same month a year earlier.
From this perspective, life has quickly returned to normal.
