今年的新創科技，除了生成式AI備受重視，空中計程車(air-taxi)行業也有了進一步發展。最具有代表性的就是睽違4年再度舉辦的"巴黎航展(Paris Air Show)，首次將一整個區域用於空中計程車行業的宣傳與展示，而相關公司今年在美國兩大交易所的市值也迅速增長，兩大美國業者Joby Aviation(NYSE: JOBY)與Archer Aviation(NYSE: ACHR)，年初迄今市值已大幅上漲超過150%與80%，其中國競爭對手億航(NASDAQ: EH)今年市值增速也超過30%。
從監管法規明朗化的現況來說，也能說這是中美的另一種角力。近期Joby Aviation獲得了美國聯邦航空管理局(FAA)的監管批准，其飛機授予被“特殊適航證書(Special Airworthiness Certificate)”，允許在特定的美國領空運營；雖然這是Joby Aviation旗下第三架獲得此認證的飛機，但由於前兩架是手工製作的原型，第三架才是工廠產線製造的飛機，這一次意義重大。Joby Aviation目前的預期是於2025年，在在紐約和洛杉磯與達美航空合作，為乘客提供“變革性的、可持續的從家到機場的交通服務”。
中國的億航在第一季度完成了載有兩名乘客且沒有飛行員的全自動試飛。近期中國國務院也公布了"無人駕駛航空器飛行管理暫行條例"，"條例"共有6章63條，其中規畫了無人駕駛航空器設計、生産、維修、組裝等的適航管理，也確立了監管服務單位的法源，條例自2024年1月1日起施行；唯目前整體看來監管落實速度仍較美國為慢，具體公司適航審定仍未有下文。

In the tech field, besides generative AI being highly regarded, air-taxi has also made further progress. The most representative example is the Paris Air Show, which, after a hiatus of 4 years, has dedicated an entire section for the display of air-taxi for the first time. The market capitalization of related companies listed on the two major U.S. stock exchanges has also grown rapidly this year, with Joby Aviation (NYSE: JOBY) and Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR), two major U.S. players, experiencing a significant increase in market value, up more than 150% and 80% respectively since the beginning of the year. EHang, their international competitor (NASDAQ: EH), also saw a market value growth rate of over 30% this year.
Given the current regulatory rules, it could be seen as another kind of competition between China and the U.S. Recently, Joby Aviation received regulatory approval from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and its aircraft was granted a "Special Airworthiness Certificate," allowing operations within specific U.S. airspace. Although this is the third aircraft under Joby Aviation to receive such a approval, the first two were hand-crafted prototypes, and the third one was manufactured, making this a significant milestone. Joby Aviation's current expectation is to collaborate with Delta Airlines in New York and Los Angeles by 2025, offering passengers "transformational and sustainable transportation from home to the airport."
China's EHang completed its first fully automated test flight carrying two passengers and without a pilot in the first quarter. Recently, the Chinese State Council also announced the "Interim Regulations for Unmanned Aircraft Flight Management." The "Regulations" consist of 6 chapters and 63 articles, outlining airworthiness management for the design, production, maintenance, and assembly of unmanned aircraft, and establishing the legal basis for supervisory units. The regulations will be implemented from January 1, 2024. However, overall, the regulatory implementation is still slower than in the United States, and no further details are currently available regarding specific company airworthiness approvals.

과학기술 분야에서는 생성식 인공지능이 고도로 중시되는 것 외에 에어택시(air-taxi)도 진일보한 진전을 이뤘다. 4년 만에 다시 열리는 '파리 에어쇼(Paris Air Show)'에는 처음으로 에어택시를 전시할 수 있는 전시존이 마련됐다. 미국 양대 증권거래소에 상장된 관계사들의 시총도 올해 들어 급성장한 가운데 미국 양대 항공사인 조비 에이비션(Joby Aviation, NYSE: JOBY)과 아처 에이비션(Archer Aviation, NYSE: ACHR)의 시총은 연초 이후 각각 150%, 80% 이상 증가했다. 경쟁사인 중국 EHang(亿航, NASDAQ: EH)도 올해 시가총액 증가율이 30%를 넘어섰다.

올해 1분기에 중국 EHang은 처음으로 두 명의 승객을 태우고 조종사가 없는 전자동 시험비행을 마쳤다. 최근 중국 국무원도 <무인항공기 비행관리 잠행조례>를 발표했다. <조례>는 도합 6장 63조로 무인항공기의 설계, 생산, 보수, 조립 등 방면의 감항관리에 대해 개술하여 감독관리단위에 법적의거를 확립하였다. 이 <조례>는 2024년 1월 1일부터 시행될 것이다. 그러나 총체적으로 볼 때 감독관리실시의 속도는 여전히 미국보다 느리며 아직 구체적인 회사의 감항비준에 관한 진일보한 세부사항은 없다.
